Tell me about the role

In this role as a Business Manager at LMS365, your main goal is to grow revenue within the East territory. You will also accelerate your career in the world of SaaS sales in the HR and learning space. Through collaboration with our expert teams, you will work to solve customers' challenges and navigate a complex sales process to grow LMS365 potential throughout your territory. The position is virtual and expectation is that you live in the United States to best support the East territory. Work is fast paced and highly collaborative often across our cross-functional, global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Grow LMS365 business within assigned territory (West) by selling into various organizations.
  • Prospecting and creating your own sales pipeline and sales success using internal data and contributing to local marketing resources and activities to include campaigns, webinars and virtual or physical events.
  • Maximize revenue growth and initiate a trusted relationship with our customers to maximize adoption, minimize churn and ensure overall satisfaction.
  • Deliver sales pitch and demos leveraging provided sales tools, demo environments and other assets.
  • Core activities include:
    • Reply to inbound requests using phone, email, and video meetings.
    • Explore and understand customer's challenges and goals through focused conversations.
    • Ask questions to dig deeper and determine how we can deliver the most value to the customer.
    • Clearly and confidently present LMS365 to potential customers and share how the platform can solve their challenges.
    • Guide the customer through the setup and decision-making process, ensuring all stakeholders are involved at the appropriate stage.
    • Close the deal by tying the project to the customer's goals and business case.
    • Work hand in hand with SDRs and marketing teammates to drive demand and opportunities within the territory.

Where is the job based?

This position is based in the United States. Work is virtual but fast paced and highly collaborative with our cross-functional, global teams. Coordination with our team in Europe is common.

What skills or experience are we looking for?

Many, but this specific role would be a great fit if you have:

  • Extensive experience of direct SaaS sales with at least 10 years selling into enterprise/corporate accounts at the C-level and ITDMs.
  • Solid experience in working with Microsoft Office 365 environment and workloads like SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
  • Proven track record of closing both large and small deals while meeting or exceeding over 100% of your quota.
  • Solid understanding of the Microsoft Modern Workplace Vision and Value Proposition.
  • Solid experience selling Learning Management Solutions and Learning and Development dynamics and ecosystems.
  • Versatile with proven ability to be adaptable in rapidly evolving business/org situations.
  • Solid experience managing sales pipeline and contacts with CRM platforms -- Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be a preference.
  • Analytical skills and proficiency within Microsoft 365 (Excel and PowerPoint), Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred – areas of study to include Information Technology, Business Informatic, Digital Innovation, Communication or Business Administration.

  • Leverage and collaborate with internal/external resources including channel partners, sales engineers, marketing, customer success, etc.
  • Strong time management skills to manage multiple, competing priorities in a rapidly growing organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to distill key insights from incomplete data.
  • Strong, confident executive communication (written and oral).
  • Ability to influence without authority.
